We are a small company with a HUGE heart so when you purchase from us, you know that you aren’t just another number in a mass of orders. To us, you are a person and a MOOSKIN customer, and we really care about you and your experience with us; from the simplicity of placing an order to the scrummy products you receive. We want you to enjoy buying and using our products equally as much.
Our products are something special, and you can be sure that by using our skincare range you will be reducing your need for a multitude of other products, most of which really only often get half used before they then need to be disposed of. . We can all make small changes that make a huge difference collectively and so by limiting the amount of packaging we send to you, we are keeping our environmental promise to minimise our wastage, and saving you space in the recycling bin too. Winners all around!

Your privacy and security is super important to us so we wanted to let you know how we use your information.
We will contact you via email generally, and this will be to advise you of your order confirmation and delivery information. If you have opted in to hear from us (and you totally should) then you will be the first to hear of any new products or offers that are on. This is it! We wouldn’t dream to share or do anything else with your data other than communicate directly with you, which won’t be all of the time either as we know how annoying it is. It will just be when you need to know, and what we think would be of interest to you.
All payments are taken through a third party and so are completely secure. No card details are accessible or stored anywhere, so we can’t access your details other than to refund you if you were to ever need it.
