SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship all products via a tracked mailing service and always aim to post your Moo Mail within 2 -3 working days of you ordering it, so you shouldn't need to wait too long.

Standard delivery service takes 1-2 working days once we have sent it off.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope that you love our products as much as we do and there would be no need for a return, however if would like to return your unopened and unused products then you can get in touch and we will arrange for you to receive a return label.

Any product that is returned to us must be in an unused and unopened state.

Refunds will only be processed when products are in a resaleable condition.

Bottles must not be damaged, so please make sure you pack them up to protect them - ideally in the box that we sent them to you in to keep them safe.

We will refund the original cost of the product and any postage that you have paid.

If your product arrives to us and it has been used, opened or damaged, refunds will not be honoured unfortunately.
